Ben Breeze has over 20-years experience of designing and developing sport sector leading charities. The charities he has managed (namely Bristol Rugby Community Foundation and Bristol Sport Foundation) have been awarded with 11 national awards for Innovation, Social Inclusion, Best Practice and Partnership Working. Development services available include:

  • charity design and registration

  • trustee recruitment

  • strategy design and organisational structure

  • co-design and development of charity mission, vision and values

  • policy and governance advice (inc. minimum standards criteria, safeguarding advice and staff training)

Bespoke Programme Design and Delivery

Ben has extensive programme design and development experience. His programmes use his background in education (Qualified Teacher Status) and combine the values and ethics from team sport with the inclusivity and flexibility of physical activity. Using the building blocks of fundamental movement and physical literacy, Ben’s programmes are needs driven, outcome focussed and always child-centred. All programmes are risk assessed, fun and delivered to a consistently high-quality through the use of a two-coach model.

 

Examples include:-

Programmes that increase participation and physical activity rates

Delivery of in-curriculum and extra-curricular Physical Education and School Sport programmes, fundamental movement and physical literacy interventions, after school clubs, holiday camps, community HUBs, talent identification sessions and lunchtime clubs.

Programmes that improve education

Using sport and physical activity as a vehicle to engage and educate young people in core curriculum subjects such as literacy and numeracy and wider curriculum subjects such as PSHE.

 

Programmes that improve health and wellbeing

Delivery of bespoke activities that inspire and equip specific cohorts to increase physical activity levels and improve physical and mental health. Programmes equip participants to make positive and informed lifestyle choices that support living an active, healthy and happy life.
